My nephew, Fergus Dunphy, is starting to make a name for himself in Halifax soccer. Fergie, as he is known, lives in Halifax and he plays at a minor and high school level. At his school, he plays with Halifax Grammar School which offers a highly competitive soccer program for students in Middle and Senior Schools. At the Senior level, the teams compete in Division 1, where they have been very successful in recent years. The Senior Boys team is lead by their Captain and star defender Fergus Dunphy. The team is coached by Kevin O'Carroll and Kevin Curran. In 2008 they placed first at the ACIS SR. Boys Soccer Tournament.
